It is with profound sadness that we share the news of the sudden passing of Roger McKenzie. Roger was one of the founders of The Association of Community Theatre, a Hall of Fame inductee, and one of the great champions of community theatre. His vision, leadership, generosity, and passion helped shape the theatre community we know today.
Roger inspired countless performers, directors, musicians, technicians, volunteers, and theatre lovers through his dedication and encouragement. His contribution to community theatre will be felt for generations to come.
Our thoughts are with Roger’s family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing and working with him.
